Developing the documentation for the GPL helpdesk HelpMeICT. The content of these pages is intended to complement and eventually merge with the initial documentation found within the distribution and on the demo site.
HelpMeICT is an open source helpdesk solution designed and (initially) developed by Central Manchester CLC. It has excellent functionality for multi-site and multi-area support, with almost all administration carried out via the web interface.
